I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Joe & Joan's beautiful villa and the entire experience of our stay! Villa Soleil Amelia is absolutely exquisite, from the furnishings, the personal touches, the views, the linens, etc. Communication with the owners was spot on.....from the ease of checking in to responding to any questions or recommendations within minutes....Joe & Joan are FABULOUS hosts! The distance to the beach was perfect, and we had such a fun time exploring Amelia Island for the first time. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next stay at Villa Soleil Amelia!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Soleil. The condo is so beautifully appointed and the view is spectacular. My favorite spot was the triple window in the living area with a settee for enjoying the view. The kitchen and baths are well-stocked with all essentials. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the balconies with seating area on one side and dining spot on the other. We will certainly plan on returning in the future.

Thank you so much to Joan and Joe for being such lovely hosts. Their beautiful home made for the perfect stay. My husband loved cooking breakfast each morning after enjoying his coffee while watching the sunrise. We also appreciated the variety of great local restaurants nearby. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend on beautiful Amelia Island.

Joan and Joe were absolutely wonderful hosts! We’ve stayed in many homes and hotels around the world, and this condo truly rivals a five-star hotel. Every detail was perfect — beautifully decorated, newly updated, and stocked with incredible amenities. The location couldn’t have been better, right next door to the Ritz-Carlton — we even walked over along the beach to enjoy cocktails at their tiki bar. We also loved exploring downtown Fernandina Beach and sampling all the fantastic restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Joan and Joe's oceanfront condo was the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing 5 days at the beach. It is furnished comfortably and beautifully and the views of the ocean and beach are nothing short of spectacular. We enjoyed many hours on their balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean and watching the light change as the sun set each day. Everything at the condo worked perfectly and it was an easy walk to the beach or drive to town for restaurants or shopping. Joan and Joe are gracious, responsive hosts. We are grateful to have stayed at their place for our beach getaway.

They were such great host! Detailed instructions with multiple options to access to fit anyone’s needs! Very quiet! Exactly as pictured!!! This location is just breath taking! We have horror story airbnbs but this one was by far better than pictured! We have already started to looking at when we will be able to book again!

Perfect vacation. Perfect condo. Perfect hosts...First, Joan, our host, was fabulous from time of booking throughout our stay. Everything about the condo was first class. Lovely furnishings Comfortable beds flowers and a bottle of wine upon arrival. We wanted for nothing. Even instructions on how to use the tv. Air conditioning worked well. Three coffee makers. A lot of little extras that most condos don’t provide. Thanks again, Joan, for all that you do for your guests. I hope to come back and stay for another week next year!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, comfortable furniture and bedding, well stocked with high quality supplies, which along with a perfect location and great view, made this stay very relaxing. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Local information provided by the hosts in advance, combined with even more useful info when we arrived was a great addition. We especially loved the information on multi-distance walks near the property. Fernandina Beach, and especially this condo, is a wonderful place to visit. We will be back!

Fernandina Beach - Beautiful condo, even more spectacular than pictures. Two King suites, both with walk-in showers, very hard to find. Owners provided a bottle of wine, fresh flowers & candies upon arrival! Very easy to access our unit, front gate, etc. Never had owners leave so many extras; facial cleaning wipes, extra toiletries, dishwasher & washing machine detergents! A fabulous week- and did I mention the million dollar view??

Can’t put into words. Walk in to condo and it was as if we had an imax theater in front of us. Condo was more impressive in person than on website. Hosts were so accommodating and made us feel like family. Thank you. One of the few places we really want to return to again.

We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 15 years and have stayed in a variety of condos. This one is absolutely one of the best. The view of the ocean and dunes from the 6th floor balcony is spectacular. The furnishings are nice and well thought out. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable seating on the balcony where we could sit and have our morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Communication was prompt and very detailed. Joan and Joe are exceptional hosts and have truly thought of everything. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Directions, and instructions for getting in were very clear and helpful. The location is fabulous, we loved watching the sunrise over the ocean from our balconies. Joan and Joe were wonderful hosts, very helpful and responsive. The condo is as described; beautifully decorated, super clean, great living room couches and chairs, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Great Condo... We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful condo! The host was very attentive and prompt in answering our questions. The layout of the condo was really nice for 2 couples. Each of us got our own King size bed and nice balcony/view of the ocean. We do recommend this lovely condo!

Best Unit at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club! We can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay here! The listing photos only provide a glimpse of how wonderful this unit is. Recently updated throughout, the place is warm, welcoming, and very clean. The ocean views are spectacular, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the full-size washer/dryer and kitchen appliances made us feel right at home. Joan and Joe were amazing hosts and filled the place with personal touches and conveniences ranging from spa-level soaps and shampoos in both bathrooms, to a fully stocked coffee bar, to a variety of baking goods, spices, etc., and even a bottle of welcome wine! We have already reserved the space for next year and look forward to many happy returns. Book today... you will NOT be disappointed!!

Truly Amazing!!! This is a beautiful condo with an incredible view! It is even more stunning than the photos in the listing. The grounds were well maintained as were the common areas of the buildings. Perfect layout for 4 people. We were entertained daily watching the dolphins and turtles and rabbits. Looking forward to our next visit.
